What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Are your mechanical keyboards compatible with both Windows and macOS?

Most Epomaker keyboards feature a physical toggle or a shortcut command to switch between Windows and macOS layouts. We also include Mac-specific keycaps in many of our sets.

You can download the specific driver for your model from our official website's 'Download' section. The software allows you to remap keys, create macros, and customize lighting effects.
